Algarve Yin Yoga & Breath Journey in Secret Garden

An opportunity to take some time  out to nourish our bodies and souls. This journey is all about you taking that time to 'just be' - held in a beautiful secret garden location near Cabanas de Tavira. We will begin with a  nurturing Yin yoga practice, before moving into our breath - with an invitation to share a picnic and a swim in the Ria afterwards.  Yin Yoga works with the meridians as well as the connective tissues of the body to help us let go of long held tension on every level. Working with our breath through various pranayama practices supports not only the letting go of physical tensions - inhibiting a full and open breath - but can also help to meet and resolve emotions and experiences we hold in our bodies.
