Inbodhi Yoga Brighton is providing yoga classes for the community from near and far since 2017, all abilities welcome. In our classes you will learn the tools for a safe and effective, free spirited practice.

Who
Inbodhi Yoga Brighton is directed by Caro. We have a team of wonderful facilitators, all trained in the same tradition, all of whom bring their own elements -and passion- to their classes.
Team Brighton
Inbodhi - A Yoga Circle is a family! All our trainers and facilitators have been through at least the same training and as such share the same philosophy and love for the practice - each one with their own unique contributions of course!

Like all Inbodhi centres, we offer 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings as well as workshops and 30hour immersions.
