What
Inbodhi Yoga Algarve is one of our satellite locations based in the East Algarve, offering residential teacher trainings and retreats, weekly classes and workshops as well as private individual and group sessions in the comfort of your home.
Where
Yoga Teacher Trainings and Breathwork Seminars and retreats take place in retreat centres and guest houses in the South of Portugal, mainly within easy driving distance of the town of Tavira and Faro Airport. Weekly classes are offered in the centre of Tavira and Moncarapacho and workshops in nearby locations surrounded by natural beauty. Private group or individual sessions in your home, work or Airbnb are also available.
Who
Inbodhi Yoga Algarve is directed by Lena, formerly director of Inbodhi Yoga Brighton, and began its journey in November 2022. All our Algarve trainings feature co-facilitators from other Inbodhi locations as we work and weave together.

Inbodhi - A Yoga Circle is a family! We work together with the other Inbodhi locations and directors to create transformational experiences and will be building our local community over the coming months and years.

Like all Inbodhi centres, we offer 200 and 300 hour teacher trainings as well as 30hour immersions.

Group classes: €10-15 (sliding scale)
1-2-1 / Private Group Yoga Classes: €60 for 75 mins or €150 for three sessions
Transformational Breath Sessions: €60 - €120 (sliding scale)

Flow Yoga (Rocket based) - Tuesdays at 11:30am (Golden Web, near Moncarapacho)
Yin Yoga - Thursdays at 6pm (Golden Web, near Moncarapacho)
Breathing Circle - Fridays at 10:30am (Golden Web, Moncarapacho)
Private group or individual Transformational Breath or Yoga sessions at your home or a Tavira studio on request.
